Primary Care Physician (Inner Sunset) - Sign-On Bonus Available

Primary Care Physician role based in Inner Sunset, San Francisco, CA. Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and treating patients in-office or in testing centers with occasional telehealth visits. Involves ongoing collaboration with in-office and virtual clinical teams, utilization of clinical training for in-office procedures, and supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues. Requires readiness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. Responsibilities also include participation in weekly Clinical Rounds, leveraging technology to deliver high-quality care, and delivering human-centered primary care within a team-driven environment.
