Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and preventive visits. Conduct in-office care and testing center services, with occasional tele-health visits, and participate in weekly clinical rounds and ongoing collaboration with in-office and virtual teams. Utilize specialty training to perform in-office procedures, and supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues. Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. This full-time role is based in the Inner Sunset/San Francisco area, with relocation assistance potentially available and a competitive compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before start date
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
