Job Summary
Provide primary and reproductive health care to patients in a fertility clinic setting, conducting initial consultations, assessments, and physical examinations. Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with the fertility team while coordinating with specialists and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and participate in performance improvement initiatives and team meetings. Hold an active New York State Medical License and be board certified. Full-time or part-time on-site Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active New York State Medical License
- Board Certified
- Proficiency in comprehensive primary care
- Proficiency in women's health
- Proficiency in reproductive health assessments
- Ability to commute to NYC
