Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for adult patients across Hampton, Wexford, and Sewickley locations. Manage a weekly outpatient call rotation Monday through Sunday with eight physicians and four APPs. Deliver clinical services including diabetic retinal exams read by an Ophthalmologist and coordinate referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and specialists. Maintain 36 hours of patient-facing clinical time and 4 hours of administrative time per week.
