Job Summary
The Primary Care Physician at HealthRIGHT 360 is tasked with providing primary and preventive health care services in a team-based, integrated care environment. Responsibilities include managing chronic diseases, addiction medicine, and addressing the healthcare needs of patients, particularly individuals facing homelessness and co-occurring disorders. The role involves clinical duties such as patient-centered care delivery, supervision of advanced practice providers, and administrative responsibilities including performance improvement and timely charting. Candidates must hold a medical license in California, have relevant clinical experience, and demonstrate cultural competency in serving diverse populations.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D. O. degree from an accredited school
- 2 years recent experience in similar setting
- Board Certified Licensure as a physician in the State of California
- Experience managing patients with opioid dependency, co-occurring disorders, homelessness, and/or HIV/AIDS management
