Job Summary
Primary Care Physician sought for the Hyannis VA Outpatient Clinic to provide comprehensive primary care to Veterans in a collaborative Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing physical exams, ordering/interpreting tests, and developing management plans; teaching and mentoring medical students and residents; coordinating care with an integrated, multidisciplinary team including RN care managers, LPNs, pharmacists, psychologists, and social workers; utilizing an interoperable EHR system; developing clinical programs and contributing to quality improvement projects. Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O.
- full, active, and unrestricted license
