Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care in a 100% office-based setting in Thomaston, Connecticut, with optional faculty teaching. Manage patient interactions supported by Epic with Dragon, Ambient AI integration, and HIPAA-compliant texting tools. Maintain a full-time weekday schedule with limited phone call coverage averaging two call weekends annually and one weeknight approximately every two months. Earn a guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonuses, loan repayment support, and relocation assistance.
