Primary Care Physician

Conduct outpatient primary care in a 100% office-based setting in Glastonbury, Connecticut, with optional faculty teaching appointments. Manage patient care with support from high-risk nurse care managers, social workers, and a dedicated medical assistant. Utilize Epic with Dragon, AI integration, and patient self-scheduling tools for daily operations. This role offers a full-time weekday schedule with minimal call coverage, averaging two call weekends annually and one weeknight approximately every two months. Compensation includes a guaranteed base, uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support, and relocation assistance.
