Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse and underserved patient population within a federally qualified community health center network in the Bronx. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications and treatments, patient education on diet and disease prevention, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining patient records, submitting progress reports, attending monthly/quarterly staff meetings, and providing 24-hour on-call coverage on a rotating basis. Qualifications require an MD or DO degree, active medical license, residency completion, and board certification; bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Relocation reimbursement is offered.
Required Qualifications
