Primary Care Physician

Primary care physician in a fertility clinic: provide primary and reproductive health care to patients; conduct initial consultations, assessments, and physical examinations; develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with the fertility team; coordinate with specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care; maintain accurate and timely medical documentation; participate in performance improvement initiatives and team meetings; on-site in New York City with a collaborative, patient-centered approach and a flexible schedule (Full-time or Part-time).
