Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and heart disease. Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings while utilizing EPIC EMR for documentation. Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams. Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives within a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse population. This large, community-focused healthcare system serves over 600,000 residents and includes a 300+ bed acute care hospital with strong academic affiliations.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Washington State medical license (or eligible)
- Active/Eligible DEA registration
- Strong communication and patient-centered care approach
