Job Summary
Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams, provide basic women's health services including Pap smears, and develop evidence-based workups for adult patients. Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs while managing patient flow with Central Support assistance. Provide leadership for medical assistants and supervise assigned PAs or NPs to maintain quality outcomes. This role features a 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and holidays off. Board-certified physicians in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with unrestricted DEA licenses are required. Carbon Health utilizes proprietary CarbyOS technology to reduce administrative burden and supports ongoing professional development through CME allowances and clinical research opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- Committed to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
- Comfortable providing basic women's health services
- Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-driven care
- Skilled at fostering a positive, respectful team environment
- BLS certification
