Job Summary
Provide direct primary care across a broad range of needs in a CareMore clinic and related settings, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on prevention, early detection, chronic disease management, and care coordination. Responsible for accurate documentation in the EMR, adherence to regulatory requirements, patient education, and participation in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and experience. Requires strong communication with internal and external partners, and a commitment to safety, confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state(s)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current DEA registration (as applicable to state practice requirements)
- Satisfactory completion of required health screenings (including Tuberculosis testing must be within the last 12 months)
- BLS Certification
- Hep B Vaccinations (all 3 doses, titer or signed declination)
