Primary Care Physician - FQHC Model Outpatient Clinic

Outpatient primary care opportunity for a family medicine trained physician at CommunityCare Mount Pleasant Clinic affiliated with Geisinger. The role features an outpatient-only clinic with physician/APP panel sharing, nurse call center support, nurse coordinators for high-needs patients, centralized prescription refills, and an interdisciplinary team with quick access to specialty services. Epic EMR is used throughout Geisinger. Compensation includes an experience-based salary starting at $320k, residency/fellowship stipends, recruitment incentives, CME funds, fully paid relocation, 401k, PTO and benefits, and academic involvement with medical students and residents.
