Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for a family medicine panel in a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike model clinic located in Scranton, PA. Manage patient care within a physician/APP sharing framework supported by a nurse call center and nurse coordinators for high-needs patients. Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and coordinate with a centralized prescription refill team and interdisciplinary specialty services. Participate in academic involvement with medical students and residents while maintaining a variable work week schedule.
