Conduct outpatient primary care for a family medicine panel in a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike model at CommunityCare Mount Pleasant Clinic in Scranton, PA. Manage patient care with support from a nurse call center, nurse coordinators for high-needs patients, and a centralized prescription refill team. Utilize Epic EMR as the universal electronic medical record system and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team with quick access to specialty services. Participate in academic involvement with medical students and residents. The position offers an experience-based salary starting at $320k, up to $45k in residency/fellowship stipends, and $250k in recruitment incentives.
