Primary Care Physician - FQHC Model Outpatient Clinic

Manage comprehensive outpatient primary care for a full-lifespan panel from newborns to end-of-life care within the CommunityCare Kistler Clinic in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Utilize Epic EMR with Abridge/Ambient dictation and collaborate with nurse coordinators and a central prescription refill team to support high-need patients. Participate in a physician/APP panel sharing model with access to interdisciplinary specialty services and academic involvement with medical students and residents. Experience-based salary starts at $320k, with residency/fellow stipends up to $45k and recruitment incentives up to $250k available.
