Manage the clinical care of adult patients with sickle cell disease, specializing in outpatient pain management and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, pharmacists, wellness coaches, and nurses. Provide access to dedicated hematology clinics, infusion services, apheresis, and transfusion support while collaborating closely with the board-certified hematologist medical director and advanced practice providers. Maintain strong partnerships with the pediatric hematology team and the Memorial Cancer Institute, which partners with Moffitt Cancer Center.
