Job Summary
Conduct 36 hours of patient-facing family medicine daily from Monday through Friday, supplemented by four hours of administrative time weekly. Manage light call schedules taken from home with no inpatient call responsibilities. Coordinate easy referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and UPMC's network of specialists while administrative professionals handle practice operations. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a compassionate environment at UPMC Primary Care - Montoursville.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD/DO)
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program Completion
- Board-certified in Family Medicine (or board-eligible for residency new graduates)
- Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA Certification
- A commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills
