Job Summary
Conduct 36 hours of patient-facing family medicine visits Monday through Friday at Middletown Family Care, supported by administrative staff handling practice operations. Manage light call schedules taken from home, shared equally among providers, with no inpatient call responsibilities. Deliver patient-centered care utilizing easy referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and UPMC specialists. Maintain a commitment to compassionate, professional care within a single-site outpatient practice serving Central Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD/DO)
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
- Board Certified Family Medicine (or board eligible for residency new graduates)
- Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- A commitment to patient-centered care
