Job Summary
Provide direct primary care within an office setting as part of a family medicine team; role includes minimal call with on-call coverage shared with partners, supervision/coordination of Advanced Practice Providers, and collaboration within a system using Epic EMR, PACS imaging, and laboratory results. Requirements include board certification or eligibility in family medicine and a physician degree (MD/DO). The position is full-time with relocation assistance and a potential sign-on bonus; benefits include health, life and disability insurance, malpractice coverage, retirement plan with employer match, CME allowance, and professional dues.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- MD or DO degree (Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy)
- Experience with Epic EMR; ability to interpret PACS imaging and laboratory results
- Ability to work in office-based primary care setting; participate in a team-oriented environment; provide high-quality, compassionate care
