Primary Care Physician (Financial District Sutter) - Sign-On Bonus Available

Primary Care Physician needed for a full-time role in San Francisco (Financial District/Sutter) with One Medical. Responsibilities include managing a patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care; delivering in-office, testing-center, and tele-health visits; participating in weekly clinical rounds and collaboration with in-office and virtual teams; utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures; supervising NP/PA colleagues; and pursuing additional state licensure for expanded virtual primary care. Requirements include residency training in Internal or Family Medicine, 2+ years outpatient experience, Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine (or Board Eligible with 1-year plan to certify), and California licensure prior to start. The role offers a base salary range of $308,700–$328,000 (full-time) with potential for performance-based incentives and relocation assistance. The position is based in the San Francisco office with in-office work expected, and a relocation option may be available.
