Job Summary
Primary Care Physician position in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine within outpatient clinics in the St. Lawrence Region (Canton, Gouverneur, or Massena, NY). Provide comprehensive primary care with autonomy while collaborating with experienced clinical teams. Role supported by a large health system, with Epic EMR, and opportunities for mentorship and program development. Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency). Visa sponsorship opportunities and relocation assistance available. Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with continuity-of-care call requirements.
