Job Summary
Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population in outpatient clinics across Canton, Gouverneur, and Massena. Manage continuity of care call rotations while collaborating with physician assistants and clinical support staff. Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and coordinate with specialty teams within the integrated health system. Schedule includes Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Board certification or eligibility within five years of residency required.
