Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages, including routine physical examinations, annual wellness visits, and preventive screenings. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and cardiovascular disease while ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. Develop individualized treatment plans, provide patient education on lifestyle modification, and coordinate referrals to specialists. Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Full-time and part-time roles available in Bronx, NY with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible medical license in New York
