Conduct 36 patient-facing hours weekly, managing approximately 18 patients daily within a value-based, compassionate healthcare model. Perform duties under APP supervision while utilizing the Elation EHR for clinical documentation. Maintain equitable call rotation and fulfill additional clinical expectations required by the employer.
