Job Summary
Provide direct patient care across multiple aging-continuum facilities (skilled nursing, rehab, personal care, independent living) and clinics as part of UPMC Central PA Post-Acute team, collaborating with facility leadership, discharge and care-management teams to drive quality care. Supervise Advanced Practice Providers, utilize EPIC EMR and PACS imaging/lab results, perform clinical rounding Monday–Friday with favorable on-call coverage shared with partners and APPs; participate in a robust onboarding and professional-growth environment with opportunities such as tuition discounts for physicians and immediate family.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified/Board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
