Primary care physician - family medicine - health

Primary Care Physician position at UPMC Community Medicine, affiliated with Northern Medical Associates in Hampton Township, Wexford, and Sewickley, PA. Requires MD/DO with Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency; board certification or eligibility; PA license; DEA. Full-time role with 36 hours of patient-facing clinical time Monday through Friday and 4 hours of administrative time per week. Offers base salary with incentive plans (Value Incentive Plan and APP Utilization Plan), comprehensive benefits starting day one (health, FSA/HSA, disability, life/AD&D), CME allowance ($4,100/year), 10 days paid parental leave, 25 days PTO/CME time, 403(b) retirement plan with 50% match and an employer-paid pension. Practice supports collaboration with social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and on-site imaging.
