Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine physician position in Capital Region Family Health (East Greenbush/Troy area). Join a 13-provider team delivering full-spectrum care for all ages (pediatric newborns through 17; adult medicine). Services include routine and preventive care, immunizations, physicals for employment/insurance/school, sick visits, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Shared call rotation (~1 in 70 days) with RN triage; physician-led governance; option for flexible 3–5 day schedules; opportunities for teaching (AMC students, NP/PA students) and leadership roles. Hybrid Hospital Medicine work is possible if desired. Requires Board Certification, NYS license, and DEA; strong clinical and communication skills and a commitment to team-based primary care. Competitive base salary with RVU-based incentives, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and potential sign-on/retention bonuses.
