Job Summary
Family Medicine physician position at a brand-new primary care location in Wilton, NY, with hospital-affiliated support. Full-time role with flexible scheduling options (3–5 days) and shared call. Opportunities for teaching, leadership, and potential hybrid work in Hospital Medicine. Competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity incentives, quality bonuses, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and sign-on/retention bonuses. Includes outpatient full-scope family medicine across all ages, routine pediatric and adult care, immunizations, preventive services, and chronic disease management, with potential for additional responsibilities and administrative opportunities.
