Job Summary
Family Medicine physician sought for an outpatient-capable, hospital-affiliated practice in the Capital Region (Rensselaer County, NY). Role supports a flexible schedule with potential 3–5 day weeks, teaching opportunities for AMC students and NP/PA learners, and collaboration with an APP. Responsibilities include sick visits, preventive care, pediatrics through age 17 and adult medicine, routine physicals, immunizations, and coordination of care within a physician-led group. Compensation includes base salary with RVU-based incentives, bonuses, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and potential loan repayment options. Hybrid hospital medicine option available. Include leadership/administrative opportunities if interested.
