Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for patients in the Mission Hills location, focusing on quality, patient outcomes, and evidence-based care. Manage clinical responsibilities with a team-based environment supported by experienced clinical staff, with no hospital duties. Participate in a shared after-hours call rotation approximately once per month. Work a full-time schedule of 4.5 days per week to maintain work-life balance. Required Qualifications
- Full-time, Board-certified or Board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
- Outpatient only with no hospital responsibilities
- Strong emphasis on quality, patient outcomes, and evidence-based care
- After-hours call volume is shared among physicians in the region (approximately once per month)
- Full-time physicians are scheduled 4.5 days per week
