Job Summary
Conduct full-scope primary care with a mix of outpatient, inpatient, and ER backup duties. Manage a desirable weekday schedule while participating in a 1:6 call rotation supported by a collegial group of physicians and APPs. Deliver personalized care within a collaborative, self-managed team that prioritizes professional autonomy and well-being. Required Qualifications
- Must be a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician (MD/DO)
- Open to Internal Medicine or Meds-Peds physicians as well
- Licensed in the state of Washington
- Must have or be able to obtain BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and NRP certification
