Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in Northwest PA through established small and midsize practices in Erie, Corry, Girard, Farview, Harborcreek, Edinboro, and Albion. Deliver outpatient family medicine or internal medicine services supported by extended care teams including behavioral health, pharmacists, and dieticians. Maintain board eligibility or certification in family medicine or internal medicine, hold a valid Pennsylvania license, and secure DEA and CPR certification prior to employment.
