Job Summary
Review clinical history, conduct physical examinations, and diagnose and treat both chronic and episodic disorders for your panel of patients. Maintain your own patient roster while sharing call coverage with the clinic team. Collaborate closely with designated MAs, panel coordinators, social workers, and behavioral health clinicians to manage care gaps and support high-quality outcomes. Manage medication therapy, including INR support and diabetic education, with assistance from an onsite pharmacist and pharmacy techs. This outpatient Internal Medicine role offers a salary range of $274k to $305k with a two-year guarantee and flexible scheduling options ranging from 0.60 to 1.00 FTE.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
- Current Oregon state medical license
- DEA certificate
- Unrestricted Oregon medical license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
