Job Summary
Review clinical history, perform physical examinations, and diagnose and treat chronic and episodic disorders for your own panel of patients. Maintain patient records and share call coverage with the clinic team. Work in collaboration with designated MAs, panel coordinators, social workers, and pharmacists to support medication management, care gap closure, and high-quality patient care. Provide 100% outpatient clinical practice with opportunities for flexible scheduling, ranging from 0.60 to 1.00 FTE.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
- Current Oregon state medical license
- DEA certificate
- Unrestricted Oregon medical license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
