Job Summary
Primary Care Physician role based in the Duboce Triangle, San Francisco office. Responsibilities include managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits; treating patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health; participating in weekly clinical rounds; collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams; utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures; and supervising NP/PA colleagues. Requires board certification (or board eligibility with plans to obtain within 1 year), California state licensure, and openness to credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. Relocation assistance may be available; comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus are noted.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before start date
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
- Ability to use technology to deliver high quality care
- Capacity to supervise NP or PA colleagues
- Open to working in an environment emphasizing human-centered primary care
