Job Summary
Primary Care Physician in Duboce Triangle, SF — manage a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits; provide in-office, testing-center, and tele-health care; participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborate with in-person and virtual teams; perform in-office procedures; supervise NP/PA colleagues; pursue additional state licensure for broader virtual care availability; compensation aligned with experience with sign-on and relocation options.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before start date
- Ability to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
- Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care
- Strong communication skills across diverse patient populations
- Proficiency with technology to deliver high-quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Willingness to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
- Ability to participate in team-based care
- Openness to feedback and self-improvement
- Ready to adapt to patient needs in a healthcare delivery setting
