Job Summary
Primary Care Physician role based in the Cow Hollow/San Francisco area with One Medical. Manages a patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits, conducts in-office and tele-health visits, participates in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborates with in-office and virtual clinical teams, and may supervise NP/PA colleagues. Requires board certification/eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine, CA medical licensure, and willingness to obtain licensure for additional states for virtual care; full-time schedule with care delivery across in-person and virtual settings.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before start date
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
