Job Summary
Conduct general outpatient primary care, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients. Practice independently with support from a well-established team, including an embedded behavioral health professional. Manage minimal call via telephone only within an outpatient setting featuring dedicated support staff. This full-time, part-time, or 4-day week role offers access to a Regional Level II Trauma Center and is open to 2025 and 2026 residents. Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
