Job Summary
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits; treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits; ongoing collaboration with in-office and virtual clinical teams; performing in-office procedures; supervising one or more NP or PA; willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for multi-state virtual primary care; strong clinical and communication skills; patient-centered, team-focused care delivery; commitment to ongoing learning through clinical rounds and other modalities.
Required Qualifications
- State licensed in Texas
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
