Job Summary
Provide equitable, value-based primary care to Medicare patient populations at neighborhood clinics. Assess and diagnose patients, oversee and administer primary care, prescribe and manage medications, maintain EMR data (Canopy and Greenway), collaborate with regional/central leadership to meet health quality goals, and work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team. New graduates are encouraged to apply; opportunities for Center Medical Director may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
