Primary Care Physician – Concierge Medicine Practice

Provide comprehensive primary care and wellness management within a concierge model, developing strong relationships with a select group of patients while coordinating their care across the healthcare continuum. Deliver individualized, high-quality care with an emphasis on prevention, wellness, and continuity through extended visits and direct coordination with Jefferson specialists for acute and chronic conditions. Manage after-hours phone availability and in-basket support from the care team. Monday-Friday schedule with in-person office hours from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician required.
