Job Summary
Primary Care Physician role based in Fairfield County, CT. Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits; conduct in-office and tele-health visits; participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborative care with in-office and virtual teams; supervise NP/PA colleagues; utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures; contribute to patient-centered, evidence-based primary care and continuous learning within a supportive team environment. Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in CT, obtained before your One Medical start date
