Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, or via occasional tele-health. Collaborate with teammates through daily huddles and weekly Clinical Rounds while supervising NPs or PAs. Utilize specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures and obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states. This full-time role in Washington, DC requires Internal or Family Medicine residency completion, two years of recent outpatient practice, and board certification or eligibility. Base salary ranges from $253,200 to $269,100 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
