Job Summary
Conduct thorough medical assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. Collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat various medical conditions, prescribe medications, and perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, and injections. Educate patients on medical conditions and preventive healthcare while maintaining accurate patient records. Work closely with nurses and support staff to ensure coordinated care. Stay current with medical advancements through ongoing education and adhere to all relevant laws and ethical standards. No call or evening shifts required; flexible schedule available. Supervised by two internists/geriatricians.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Oregon.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty.
