Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care for senior-focused patients, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, and minor injury treatment. Manage a direct patient panel with 14-17 daily visits during 40-hour weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Deliver 45-minute authorized appointments while addressing social determinants of health and utilizing HEDIS quality indicators. Complete required TB screening and maintain unrestricted state and DEA licenses. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
- Willingness to complete a TB Screening
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two+ years of experience
- 1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
