Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care services for patients across the Buffalo-Niagara Region, utilizing Epic EMR for documentation. Manage full spectrum of outpatient care including lab work, chiropractic referrals, and nutritional support within a multispecialty setting. Maintain current, unrestricted New York State licensure and federal prescriptive authority as required for practice. This role offers an annual salary range of $285,000 plus productivity, with benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, 403(b), and a generous CME allowance. Immigration sponsorship is available for J1 candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible Primary Care Physician
- current, unrestricted, New York State license or NYS Licensure in progress and active on date of hire
- current, unrestricted, federal, and as needed state prescriptive authority
