Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with broad needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, or via telehealth. Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues while utilizing clinical training for in-office procedures. Collaborate with teammates through daily huddles and weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning. Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states. This full-time role is based in the Castro, San Francisco office, with a base salary range of $308,700 to $328,000.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be available for full-time schedule
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
