Job Summary
Primary Care Physician role based in Castro, San Francisco office; manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health; collaborate with in-office and virtual teams; supervise NP/PA colleagues; pursue additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states; requires residency in Internal or Family Medicine or Family Medicine, board certification or eligibility within 1 year, and CA state licensure prior to start; strong emphasis on human-centered primary care, effective use of technology, and teamwork across care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- State license in California
- Enrolled in or completed Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
